Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Project Management Lead for Industrial Energy Management. You will oversee energy projects for industrial clients, ensuring delivery on time and within budget while coordinating with teams, contractors and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering and managing complex projects in energy management or industrial manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Agile or Scrum and stakeholder collaboration.
• Deep understanding of energy efficiency and sustainability practices.
• Proven leadership, risk and budget management abilities.
• Experience with energy management software and data analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degrees or PMP are advantageous.

About Your New Job

• As Project Management Lead, you'll oversee and manage the execution of energy management projects for industrial manufacturing clients, ensuring successful delivery within budget, scope, and timeline.

What Skills You Need

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering and managing complex projects, ideally in energy management or industrial manufacturing.
• Strong project management skills with knowledge of methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• In-depth understanding of energy efficiency, energy management systems, and sustainability practices in manufacturing.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder engagement, and team management skills.
• Budget/resource management, risk assessment, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with energy management software, data analytics tools, and current industry trends and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Energy Management, or related field (Master's degree or PMP certification advantageous).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
