Job summary

Cornerstone Ireland is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a Dublin-based portfolio, including a hotel on Abbey Street and a major office and residential scheme on Kevin Street. You will drive project delivery, manage budgets and schedules, lead on-site teams and subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality across all aspects of the works.

Proven ability to interpret contracts, coordinate stakeholders and report progress will be essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience at Project Manager level.
• Proven delivery of high density residential or commercial projects.
• Excellent ability to analyse and interpret contractual documents.
• Extensive experience leading project teams and managing sub-contractors.
• Proficient with computer and database applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project is completed on time, within budget and to high quality and safety standards.
• Instruct, coach and direct project staff on construction, contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure on-site personnel perform to high standards.
• Manage day-to-day operational duties.
• Improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline processes and deliver quality customer service.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, analyse results and troubleshoot issues.
• Build and develop business relationships for project success.
• Provide feedback and document lessons learnt for staff development.

Cornerstone Ireland formerly Capex Recruitment are partnering with a Main Contractor in the Dublin area on the appointment of a Senior Project Manager.

Current projects consist of a hotel on Abbey Street and a massive Office Building & Residential project on Kevin Street.

The client is willing to pay up to €130,000 plus perks to secure the right person for the job.

Responsibilities in your new role:

• Responsibility for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.
• Instruct, coach and direct the project staff with respect to construction, contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Effective management and co-ordination of subcontractors and ensure all personnel on site conduct their duties to the highest standards.
• Manage day to day operational duties.
• Continually improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, analyse results and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Build, grow and develop business relationships for the success of the project
• Provide feedback and record information from the project for ‘lessons learnt seminars’ and for continuous staff development.

What you will need to succeed:
