Job summary

Aureol Global Connections is seeking two qualified Project Managers to join our dynamic team in Ireland. You will lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering on time and within scope.

The role requires at least 5 years of project management experience across industries, strong leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency with PM tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Jira. PMP is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management across various industries.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional leadership and team collaboration abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with project management software (MS Project, Trello, Jira).
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Lead project execution, monitoring for adherence to scope, schedule, and budget, making adjustments as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and to manage expectations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks by implementing proactive solutions.
• Supervise project teams, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately and that team members are motivated and productive.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards throughout the project life cycle.
