Job summary

Aureol Global Connections is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead design and analysis across diverse projects. You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client specifications.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience in structural engineering, strong software skills (SAP2000/ETABS/RAM) and a PE license or equivalent preferred. Opportunity to drive innovative solutions within a growing consultancy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in structural design and analysis.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software (SAP2000, ETABS, RAM) and CAD tools.
• PE license or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage structural engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budgets.
• Perform detailed structural analysis and design calculations for various building types and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors and other disciplines to integrate design solutions.
• Prepare technical reports, design documents and specifications for deliverables.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with design specs and safety standards.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in structural practices, codes and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
