Job summary

EFOR seeks an experienced Project Engineer – Capital Projects to lead and support the delivery of complex capital projects within a highly regulated pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing environment. The role focuses on safety, quality, compliance and cost-effective delivery in a live facility.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage design consultants and contractors, and ensure projects move from design through handover with robust change control and value engineering

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline required.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience leading/c delivering capital projects in pharma/medical devices.
• Proven ability to manage live manufacturing projects with strong safety, quality and compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital project engineering activities across a portfolio of site projects.
• Coordinate design consultants, contractors and suppliers to meet scope, budgets and milestones.
• Review and approve engineering/design documentation for compliance and quality.
• Develop schedules covering design, pre-construction, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to regulations, build controls and fire certification requirements.
• Provide progress reports and communicate risks and issues to stakeholders.
