Job summary

Tandem Project Management Ltd. in Cork seeks a Project Engineer for a live biopharmaceutical site.

You will lead engineering activities across capital projects, coordinating contractors, design consultants and construction teams to deliver milestones and handover to operations. You will ensure compliance with design, quality and safety, mentor engineers, and manage planning applications, site reviews and change management.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience leading capital projects in live pharma/medical device environments.
• Knowledge of planning applications and building regulations helpful.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead Project Engineer for the site’s capital projects and related initiatives.
• Engage contractors and design consultants to meet scope and milestones.
• Review design documentation and ensure compliance with scope and quality targets.
• Support delivery of projects on time and within budget.
• Mentor junior engineers on best practices in CSA and M+E building design and execution.
