Job summary

Global Professional Consultants in Cork seeks a Senior Project Engineer to lead complex due diligence and infrastructure projects across Ireland and Europe. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage technical assessments, and deliver high-level analyses for major developments.

Qualifications

A leading international multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join their growing team in Cork.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Engineer looking to take a leading role on complex technical due diligence and infrastructure projects across Ireland and Europe while working with global clients and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

The successful candidate will support major site selection and technical assessment projects, coordinating technical specialists and delivering high-level engineering analysis for large-scale developments and infrastructure investment projects.

Projects:

• Large-scale technical due diligence and site selection projects (€50M - €500M+)
• Data centre and critical infrastructure developments (€100M - €1BN+)
• Industrial and advanced manufacturing projects
• Multidisciplinary engineering and infrastructure assessments
• Strategic site acquisition and feasibility studies
• International infrastructure and technology projects across Europe

Role:

• Leading and managing engineering teams across multidisciplinary projects
• Managing technical project programmes and project delivery timelines
• Coordinating technical due diligence studies and engineering assessments
• Liaising closely with clients, consultants and project stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience delivering technical due diligence, infrastructure or complex engineering projects is highly desirable
• Chartered status is beneficial but not essential

Salary & Benefits:
