Job summary

H&F Electrical Contractors Ltd is seeking a Project Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design and delivery on major construction projects in Ireland. Based in Limerick, you’ll manage design reviews, submittals, commissioning and handover with BIM colleagues.

A Degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years’ experience on commercial, industrial or healthcare sites are required. Proficiency in AutoCAD, with working knowledge of Revit and Navisworks, and a full clean driving licence are

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) required.
Minimum 3 years’ experience delivering electrical packages on commercial, industrial or healthcare projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical building services, commissioning and construction processes.
Experience with AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit and Navisworks.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical design reviews and resolve technical queries.
Coordinate CAD/BIM activities with our in-house BIM team.
Support procurement and tracking of electrical equipment.
Carrying out site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
