Job summary

STS Group in Ireland seeks a Project Director to oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring safety, service excellence and profitability. The role involves commercial management, planning, procurement, construction, QA, health and safety, engineering, and developing project personnel.

Practically, the position can be based out of Waterford, Cork or Dublin offices within a dynamic, growing energy sector team. A strong leadership and HV infrastructure background is essential.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree or recognised trade qualification.
• 10+ years' experience delivering large construction projects.
• Strong understanding of high voltage infrastructure and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of Irish MV/HV sector and clients/consultants.
• Knowledge of Civil, Structural and Architectural packages.

Responsibilities

• Deliver successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring safety, service excellence, profitability.
• Provide oversight of commercial management, planning, procurement, construction, QA, health and safety, engineering.
• Develop and train project personnel and lead Project Managers.
• Role can be based in Waterford, Cork or Dublin offices.
