Job summary

Linesight is a global project and cost management consultancy delivering major projects worldwide. As a Senior Project Controls Manager, you will lead cost control, scheduling and estimating efforts across assignments, driving value for clients and building strong teams.

You will mentor professionals, oversee capital planning, prepare owner estimates, and report on project status, risks and cash flow. Occasional travel is expected in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to distill project data into concise updates for rapid decision making.
• Experience in project controls including cost control, scheduling and estimating.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship to grow teams and individuals.
• Willingness to travel as required by project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients.
• Effectively manage and monitor project schedules and cash flow.
• Foster top performance and growth for employees via mentorship and leadership.
• Oversee the capital planning process for new projects.
• Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings.
• Update partners with monthly executive and project status reports, schedules, and risks.
