Job summary

Cpl Resources seeks a Project Controls Manager to lead a scheduling team across Ireland and the UK. You will establish and maintain the master schedule, perform variance analysis, and provide time impact assessments on changes.

You will collaborate with engineering and procurement to ensure alignment of cost, schedule, and performance. The role requires strong leadership, expertise in Primavera P6, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in project controls or scheduling within power generation or similar industries.
  • Advanced skills in Primavera P6.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Ability to adapt to change, unexpected events, and competing priorities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work as a team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and direct your project controls & scheduling team for your assigned project by providing communication, coordination and follow-up to meet project goals and objectives.
  • Establish projects master schedule, maintain schedule baseline, review and document schedule status and variances, and update status of schedule.
  • Provide time impact analysis for change orders and assess project documents for impacts.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Procurement to ensure cost, schedule and performance alignment.
  • Create project-specific and payroll data visualizations and generate weekly schedule updates.
