Job summary

Greenvolt Next is seeking a Scheduler/Project Controls Engineer in Ireland to develop and manage project schedules from concept through completion. You will monitor progress, identify critical paths, and provide clear insights to support decision-making.

The role requires experience with Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject or MS Project, and strong communication across teams. The package includes a competitive salary and benefits in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

Diploma or higher qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to integrate across multiple high-performing teams.
Understanding of construction contracts and client requirements.

Responsibilities

Produce and maintain project schedules from concept to completion.
Monitor planned and actual progress and critical path events.
Highlight critical paths, interfaces and trade timelines for stakeholders.
Provide labour, material and equipment requirements for construction and commissioning teams.
Coordinate cash flow forecasts and earned value analysis with Commercial teams.
Translate real-time data into concise project dashboards and reports for clients.
Analyse historical project data for improved risk analysis and forecasting.
Assist with reporting and KPI analysis.
