The Cork-based global technology company is expanding its regulatory programme management function. We are seeking a seasoned Programme Manager to navigate evolving European and global regulations, working with legal counsel and engineering teams to interpret obligations and implement effective, timely solutions.

The role focuses on leading end-to-end regulatory responses across AI, cybersecurity, online safety, payments and media, with a view to moving from contract to permanent status.

Regulatory Programme Manager | Cork | Contract

This is a role where the work genuinely matters. A well-known global technology company is growing its regulatory programme management function in Cork, and they are looking for a seasoned Programme Manager to help them navigate an increasingly complex legislative landscape across Europe and beyond.

You will sit at the heart of a small, high-performing team whose job is to make sure the organisation understands what incoming regulations require of it and responds to them properly and on time. That means working closely with legal counsel to interpret obligations, and with engineering teams to turn those obligations into working solutions. It is challenging, cross-functional, and genuinely important work.

It's an 11-month FTC to start, but very likely to go permanent.

About the Role

Leading end-to-end programme management of the organisation's response to regulatory requirements across areas including AI, cybersecurity, online safety, payments and media. You will conduct impact assessments, translate complex obligations into clear and deliverable plans, hold stakeholders to account across time zones, and present programme status to senior leadership with clarity and confidence

About the Person

The ideal background is someone who has managed complex programmes in a regulated environment. That might be tech, pharma, banking, financial services, payments, trust and safety, or cybersecurity. Experience with technical or engineering-led programmes is a preference, but what matters most is the ability to operate confidently across legal and technical functions, cut through ambiguity, and drive delivery.
