HedgeServ is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and operate production AI agents for financial operations and enterprise workflows. You will own the agent runtime, orchestration, controls, evaluation, and observability, with strong software engineering and production LLM experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering, with at least 1 year delivering LLM/agent-based apps in production.
• Strong Python, API design, asynchronous processing, automated testing, and source control skills.
• Experience with AWS engineering and a managed model platform (e.g., Bedrock).
• Hands-on experience building agent loops, memory, retrieval, and tool integration.
• Ability to design regression tests and enforce least-privilege controls.

Responsabilidades
