Job summary

Reap is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and scale client activation and onboarding as it expands into new markets. You will design onboarding that converts regulatory complexity into a competitive advantage, with scalable systems, and a strong focus on regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with Engineering, Ops, Compliance, and GTM, owning activation metrics and a data-driven roadmap.

Qualifications

Experience building onboarding/activation in regulated fintech.
Deep AML stack knowledge across geographies, product lines, and flows.
Holistic thinker balancing client experience with legal/regulatory requirements.
Ability to design scalable, configurable systems and reusable components.
Strong data-driven mindset to measure conversion and activation metrics.
Senior PM autonomy, cross-functional leadership, and clear communication with leadership.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end activation funnels from application to first value.
Oversee in-product AML/KYC/KYB and risk decisioning with audit-ready controls.
Lead vendor and orchestration strategy for KYC/KYB providers and workflow engines.
Design scalable onboarding architecture with configurable flows for multiple markets.
Partner with Compliance/Legal to translate licensing obligations into product requirements.
Collaborate with Engineering, Ops, and GTM to reduce friction and improve activation metrics.
Define and run experiments to iterate on activation funnel performance.
