ResMed is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Devices Software in Dublin. You will guide software direction across therapy-focused platforms, aligning user needs, clinical insights, and business goals to deliver coherent patient experiences on devices and related services.

Based in the Product Development team, you will lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, regulatory, quality, operations, and commercial teams.

Formación

• Six years in product management, product development, or related role.
• Background working with connected devices, embedded software, or regulated health tech.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clear decisions and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams across engineering, design, regulatory, quality, and commercial groups.
• Ability to connect user needs with business goals and technical constraints.

Responsabilidades

• Define and develop the product direction for the therapy experience across devices and software.
• Translate insights into priorities and roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term product health and platform reuse.
• Ensure patient experience coherence across devices and services.
• Lead discovery to understand user needs and opportunities and define success metrics.
• Write clear product requirements and justify prioritization decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering and design through development, release planning, and iteration.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and guide decisions to resolution.
• Support launch readiness and post-launch learning for software capabilities.
• Drive cross-functional alignment among engineering, clinical, regulatory, quality, operations and commercial teams.
• Elevate product practices and coaching across the product development group.
