Job summary

Reap is building a unified platform to empower every team to leverage agentic workflows at scale. We are seeking a senior contributor who has shipped production agentic systems, understands MCP, and can design context and retrieval architectures that enable fast, safe work across the organization.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and security to ensure robust, observable, and compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Production-grade agentic systems experience.
• Strong product fundamentals and system thinking.
• Proven ability to drive platform change across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and ship end-to-end agentic workflows across platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering on integration, safety, and observability.
• Build self-serve tooling and templates to scale adoption.
• Lead design decisions around data access, permissions, and auditability for velocity.
• Champion Evangelisation and enablement across technical and non-technical teams.
