Fin is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the future of business messaging and AI-powered customer engagement. Lead a world-class team of engineers, designers, and researchers to deliver impactful products touching millions daily.

You will own the Messenger channel roadmap, gather customer insights, and collaborate closely with AI and engineering teams. This role emphasizes strong product judgment, leadership, and the ability to ship high-quality AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• No minimum years of experience; emphasis on impact, drive and potential.
• Evidence of applying and growing these skills through work or projects.
• Ability to define roadmaps and align cross-functional teams around product goals.
• Experience collaborating with engineers and designers to ship AI-enabled products.
• Understanding of AI systems and LLMs and their product implications.

Responsibilities

• Be the Product Manager for Fin's Messenger channel.
• Understand customer problems through research, data, and direct interactions.
• Define and manage the roadmap; communicate it to generate alignment.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ship solutions from vision to iteration.
• Leverage AI to increase efficiency and impact across the team.
• Evaluate impact with quantitative and qualitative measures after releases.
• Own product area quality and ensure world-class releases.
• Collaborate across business units to ensure clear GTM strategy and execution.
• Model company values and R&D principles in leadership.
