Job summary

Toptal is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive AI-driven products across our platform. You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and PMs to discover, design, and deliver high-impact features in a fast-paced, globally distributed setting.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of software product management, a technical background, and a proven ability to ship end-to-end products using data-driven decision making and agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required.
• 5+ years of software product management experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end product development from discovery to launch.
• Experience with AI-powered features and cross-system integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead all aspects of an agile team delivering AI-driven capabilities.
• Translate AI platform capabilities into customer-facing experiences.
• Define scope of new product features and improvements.
• Write and prioritize user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other PMs.
• Track progress, manage risks, and communicate plans.
