Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product Experience Design to join the Services New Product Development team. You’ll help craft user-centered data products and prototypes for web, mobile, and voice interfaces.

You’ll collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers in a fast-paced setting, driving rapid iterations and validating desirability, usability, and feasibility across B2B and B2B2C contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Design for Interactive Media, or equivalent experience.
• World-beating portfolio covering multiple form-factors: desktop, tablet, mobile, wearable.
• Over 2 years in a world-class CX team, with fast-paced environment experience.
• Demonstrable knowledge of usability best practices.
• Experience with prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator).

Responsibilities

• Design Proof-of-Concepts and MVPs using Lean UX and Design Thinking.
• Help define the next generation of data-driven products and shape Mastercard's growth.
• De-risk concepts by user research and testing for desirability, usability, and feasibility.
• Present complex data in clear, digestible formats.
• Collaborate in Design Thinking workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Develop future-state concepts and drive experimentation to improve design quality.
• Partner with brand/marketing to create delightful, usable transactional experiences.
• Work with technology teams on responsive web and modern presentation layers.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Design for Interactive Media, or equivalent experience
