Job summary

Dwelly is hiring a highly talented Product Designer to shape the experience across Tenant Find, Property Management, Payments and the internal back‑office tools. You’ll understand our user personas and design for both customer portals and operational workflows.

In a small, fast-moving team, you’ll establish a shared design system, patterns, and lightweight processes from the ground up, balancing craft with speed and technical feasibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product design with portfolio across complex tools and consumer products.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills; systems thinking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across product and engineering.
• Ability to prototype and ship designs quickly with AI.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and derive insights to inform design decisions.
• Design flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity UIs for customer portals and back‑office tools.
• Own the design process from concept and prototyping to polished specs and handoffs.
• Establish and maintain a shared design system and component library.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to translate requirements into shippable design.
