Qualifications

• History of crafting beautiful experiences in product design or UX/UI fields.
• Portfolio showing Product/UX/UI design with impact on user metrics.
• Ability to align design with delivery team business strategy.
• Strong user-centred design principles and research practices.
• Proficiency in Figma and collaboration tools; AI-driven exploration.
• Effective collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Agile environments and rapid prototyping.
• Understanding of front-end development impact on design decisions.
