Squarespace is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Client Engagement Group (CEG), the suite of tools that helps entrepreneurs understand, manage, and grow their customer relationships. You’ll craft complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces so that sophisticated software feels effortless.

You’ll work with PMs, Engineers, and Researchers to shape strategy, surface actionable metrics, and connect user journeys end-to-end across the platform. Competitive cash compensation in Dublin.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience with complex systems.
• Ability to design at scale while keeping detail.
• Strong visuals, data-driven design, and clear communication with engineers and PMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design across CRM and Automations tooling.
• Create data visualizations that surface meaningful metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape strategy and constraints.
• Prototype motion and state with high-fidelity interactions.
