Job summary

Sojern, a leading travel marketing platform, is seeking a Product Designer to shape dashboards, reporting tools, and data-driven experiences. You will conduct user research, create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver accessible, scalable designs.

You will work with global teams, advocate for usability, and help grow product-led onboarding. A strong portfolio and SaaS-focused experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have an online portfolio of relevant work examples.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related subject (or equivalent experience).
• 5-7 years experience in product design, preferably SaaS or enterprise apps.
• Thorough understanding of and experience using Figma.
• Experience designing data-heavy interfaces with usability and visualization focus.
• Strong user research and usability testing skills.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards for product design.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS to bridge design and development.
• Strong collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Client Success, and Engineering to design features for dashboards and reporting.
• Improve activation, retention, and expansion metrics through UX design.
• Design pricing tiers, packaging, and access control for customer segments.
• Create onboarding flows and self-service experiences to drive engagement.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
• Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
• Create scalable designs optimized for complex data visualization interfaces.
• Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in the design process.
• Work with Engineers to ensure faithful implementation of designs.
• Present findings and designs to stakeholders and iterate.
