Teamwork.com in Cork, Ireland is seeking a design-focused professional to join our creative team. You will translate complex user flows into visually appealing, easy-to-use interfaces while collaborating across disciplines.

Must Have

• You have a stunning portfolio of work demonstrating your skills and your ability to pay attention to detail.
• You’re passionate, self-motivated, and obsessed with detail. You’re a problem solver. You’re a team player, but you know when to take the initiative. You’re always learning. You understand the difference between decorative design and effective design.
• You have a few years' proven experience designing responsive websites, web apps, iOS apps, and Android apps (experience with other platforms is a great plus).
• You're comfortable in a native design environment (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
• You have a proven track record of working independently and as part of a highly collaborative team on a variety of projects.
• You're able to work well in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and remain open to feedback from people in a variety of disciplines.
• You have a good understanding of user-centred design and the importance of applying data and user research to your designs.
• You're passionate about taking complex user flows and layouts and making them visually appealing and easy to use.
• You're dedicated to creating designs that entice, delight, and reward users.
• You're able to work with our Design Style Guide and maintain consistency between new and existing designs.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of interaction design with the ability to envision animations and state transitions.
• Sketch and prototyping tools.
• Experience with branding and illustrations.
• Basic HTML/CSS.
• Experience working on other SaaS products.
• Experience working with remote colleagues.
