Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in product management, product analysis, or related delivery roles.
• Experience translating workflows into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working in Agile environments with backlog refinement and delivery coordination.
• Experience collaborating across product, design, engineering, operations and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks, and follow-up actions across multiple workstreams.
• Experience improving team processes and product operations practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate product strategy and workflow needs into clear requirements, user stories, delivery plans and milestones.
• Support provider-facing Optum Point of Care workflows embedded within EHR platforms.
• Understand provider behaviour and clinical workflows to reduce friction and improve usability.
• Maintain backlog readiness and ensure work is clearly defined and ready for delivery.
• Coordinate dependencies, risks, decisions, and follow-up across cross-functional teams.
• Build and improve lightweight product operating processes and governance.
• Apply AI-enabled approaches across the product development lifecycle and governance processes.
