Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Process Optimization and Assurance Associate to drive end-to-end improvements across Merchant Services, Client Onboarding and Servicing, and Control Management.

You will analyze data, identify opportunities, and communicate recommendations to leadership through structured storytelling. The role focuses on enhancing control execution, reducing manual touchpoints, and delivering measurable improvements while partnering with business leaders to support risk and governance

Qualifications

• Experience in Merchant Services with Client Onboarding and Servicing knowledge.
• Strong control-minded execution with attention to detail and documented procedures.
• High data discipline with clean inputs and traceable outputs.
• Proven ability to manage milestones, escalation, and closure of deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes to identify improvements and automation opportunities.
• Support control reviews, audits, and RFI responses with evidence aligned to procedures.
• Track issues, actions, risks, and remediation through to closure.
• Develop process maps and narratives to influence leadership decisions.
