Job summary

PACIV, a global leader in industrial automation solutions, seeks a Process Engineer for a Food & Beverage project in Cork. This site-based role owns the process scope, works with EPCM partners, vendors and OEMs to deliver energy efficiency, GMP/HACCP compliance and safe operations across the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in process or project engineering in regulated manufacturing, a relevant engineering degree, and experience with commissioning, FAT/SAT and validation

Qualifications

• BSc/BEng in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in project engineering or process engineering in regulated industries (F&B, chemical, pharma).
• Experience with GMP/HACCP, hygienic design and local/EU regulations.
• Experience with EPCM partners, CAPEX projects, FAT/SAT and commissioning/qualification (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ).

Responsibilities

• Process Ownership across the project lifecycle.
• Support design, installation, commissioning, qualification and ramp up.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, EHS and Engineering to meet safety and compliance.
• Support procurement, vendor deliverables and CAPEX governance.
• Provide updates on progress, risks and commissioning readiness.
