Job summary

PACIV in Cork, Ireland is seeking an experienced Packaging Engineering Lead for a site-based F&B project. You will own end-to-end packaging engineering execution, directing the workstream through installation, commissioning, and qualification to achieve readiness for startup.

You will lead a small team, collaborate with EPCM partners and suppliers, ensure compliance with GMP/HACCP and Company standards, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end packaging engineering workstream for the project.
• Oversee installation, integration, commissioning, and qualification of packaging systems.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, R&I, EHS, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
• Manage packaging CAPEX packages including scope, cost control, and schedule adherence.
• Lead tenders for fillers and EOL equipment and manage supplier interfaces.
