Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Senior Process Development & Commercialisation Manager to drive the development, pilot plant operations, scale-up and commercialisation of new products in Wexford.

As technical SME, you will work with R&D, manufacturing, engineering and quality teams to transfer technologies into commercial production, ensure robust processes and maintain GMP and quality standards. Up to ~10% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industrial experience.
• Experience in process development, pilot plant operations and commercial scale-up.
• Knowledge of GMP/ISO/FSSC or FDA standards is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, testing and scale-up of new products and manufacturing processes.
• Design and conduct experiments across laboratory, pilot, and commercial scales.
• Develop validation plans for safe, sustainable, robust, and commercially viable processes.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing manufacturing processes.
• Drive opportunities to improve quality, yield, productivity and process efficiency.
• Transfer new technologies into commercial production with R&D and manufacturing teams.
• Mentor process engineering and manufacturing colleagues.
