Job summary

BNY is seeking a Private Equity Senior Specialist: Fund/Client Accounting in Dublin. You will deliver high‑quality fund accounting outputs for a portfolio of PE structures, maintain strong controls, and support client service in a dynamic environment.

You will lead NAVs, capital accounts and allocations, collaborate with analysts, and drive process improvements including AI-enabled tools to enhance data quality and efficiency. A strong foundation in fund accounting and PE experience is required.

Qualifications

• Fund accounting experience is mandatory.
• Private Equity experience is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare NAVs, capital accounts, GP/LP allocations and journal entries with GL integrity.
• Perform cash and position reconciliations and maintain supporting documentation.
• Manage monthly/quarterly deliverables including capital calls and distributions.
• Maintain waterfall models and side-letter provisions within working papers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and respond to queries timely.
