Mastercard is seeking a Senior Principal, Software Architect to define and shape the future of the Customer Acquisition & Engagement technology ecosystem. This hands-on role influences Product, Engineering, and Technology, setting architectural vision and guiding phased roadmaps toward scalable solutions that unify MarTech platforms.

You will mentor teams, drive cloud and data platform strategies, and ensure privacy, security, and cost considerations are embedded in design while collaborating

• Strong engineering background with hands-on coding and architecture work.
• Experience with generative AI in engineering workflows.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into scalable technical roadmaps.
• Experience shaping large-scale, enterprise-grade platforms.
