Mastercard seeks a Senior Principal, Software Architect to shape the future of Customer Acquisition & Engagement. This hands-on role blends architecture leadership with practical development, guiding cross‑functional teams across Product, Engineering and Technology. Hybrid work in Dublin with three days onsite.

You will define scalable architectures, drive data and identity integration, and accelerate prototyping using AI while ensuring privacy, security, and cost effectiveness across platforms.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience designing and leading enterprise-scale architectures.
• Hands-on software engineering with ability to prototype and test.
• Experience using generative AI within engineering workflows with attention to security and privacy.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive North Star architecture for MA’s CAC&E tech ecosystem.
• Develop phased architecture roadmaps and prioritize technical tradeoffs.
• Lead architecture across large distributed systems focusing on scalability, security, and cost.
