Beachhut PR is searching for a Senior Account Manager in Dublin, with 3 days a week in the office and proximity to Dublin or London. You will be the main liaison between Beachhut PR and clients, leading PR campaigns and managing relations with journalists and influencers.

You will develop and execute strategic PR plans, supervise Account Executives, and deliver clear reporting on campaign progress and results while staying abreast of industry trends.

Qualificações

• Creativity: the ability to absorb complex information and pitch media outlets with interesting angles
• PR account management experience, in particular managing Account Executives and client relationships
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the Irish and international tech media landscape
• A keen networker's ease in building relationships with journalists, influencers and industry spokespeople at a senior level
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills

• A real interest in learning about our clients and building expertise in their fields

Responsabilidades

• Client relationships: building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals, objectives and expectations
• Strategy: creating and implementing comprehensive PR strategies and plans
• Media relations: developing relationships with journalists, bloggers and outlets; pitching stories, securing and analysing coverage
• Content: creating and editing press releases, articles and other written materials
• Events: planning and running press conferences and product launches, including logistics, invitations and media coverage
• Team leadership: managing a team of PR professionals, including Account Executives; delegating, supervising and guiding
• Reporting: measuring the effectiveness of PR campaigns and preparing reports that show clients their progress and results
• Industry research: staying up to date with industry trends and news, monitoring competitors and spotting opportunities for clients
• Feedback: running client surveys and feedback sessions, and improving our work based on what clients tell us
• Business development: identifying new business opportunities and attending industry events and conferences
• Training: mentoring team members and sharing knowledge to help them grow
