Job summary

Linkedskills Expert Talent Solutions is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead major power infrastructure projects in Wexford. You will own delivery from mobilisation through completion, managing programmes, crews, subcontractors and client relationships while ensuring safety, quality and on-time performance.

The role requires a current PICW qualification, a minimum Level 8 degree in engineering or construction, and extensive experience in Irish power/utility sectors.

Qualifications

• Current PICW qualification is essential
• Minimum Level 8 qualification in engineering, construction or related discipline
• Proven PM experience within Irish power/utilities sector
• Experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors
• Strong planning, reporting and organisational capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of power and utility infrastructure projects from mobilisation to completion
• Manage project programmes, resources and daily operations
• Coordinate multiple site crews, subcontractors, labour, plant and materials
• Liaise with utility representatives, clients, engineers and local authorities
• Monitor performance against programme, quality, safety and commercial objectives
• Ensure work complies with specifications, contracts and approved procedures
• Maintain project reporting, site records and internal systems
• Identify risks and implement corrective measures
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and maintain team communication
• Support commercial teams with forecasting, variations and reporting
• Maintain strong health and safety standards across activities
• Ensure compliance with Irish power utility procedures
