Job summary

StepStone's Portfolio Analytics & Reporting (SPAR) team seeks a Senior Associate to support private debt and multi-asset client portfolios. You will deliver portfolio analytics, reporting, and data management, collaborating with Investment, Fund Accounting, Research, Investor Relations and other teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting and ongoing improvement of processes.

Responsibilities

• Produce, review and deliver private debt portfolio reporting and analytics for institutional clients and internal stakeholders.
• Own the day-to-day execution of the reporting cycle for assigned client portfolios, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely delivery.
• Analyze portfolio performance, exposures, cash flows, and other key private markets metrics.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across multiple internal and external data sources.
• Continuously monitor and improve data quality across assigned portfolios and reporting outputs.
• Support development and enhancement of portfolio analytics, reporting methodologies and frameworks.
• Collaborate with Investment, Research, Fund Accounting and Investor Relations to ensure accurate interpretation of portfolio information.
• Support reporting automation initiatives and process improvements, including use of reporting/visualization tools.
• Contribute to ongoing development of StepStone's private markets data universe.
