Kitman Labs is a Dublin-based company delivering sports analytics and performance intelligence. The Senior Product Manager will own reporting and visualisation within iP, shaping data-driven insights for coaches and sports scientists while partnering with engineering on data platforms.

The role requires strategic thinking, technical depth, and experience launching AI-enabled capabilities with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing.

Qualifications

• Track record as a Senior Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Technical background in data analytics, reporting or BI pipelines.
• Experience owning or contributing to API, developer platform or integrations.
• Experience managing partnerships with large global technology providers.
• Experience taking AI-powered capabilities to market with Sales & Marketing.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Commercially minded with focus on revenue and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle for reporting and visualisation end to end.
• Define and manage a prioritised roadmap for dashboards and data visualisation.
• Collaborate with engineering on data modelling and performance trade-offs.
• Lead API and integrations platform direction with developer experience in mind.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing for go-to-market.
• Manage strategic technology partnerships and AI-enabled capabilities rollout.
• Define success metrics and use data to guide decisions.
