Kitman Labs is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead core product initiatives from conception through launch and beyond. This role requires strategic thinking with a strong emphasis on executing product vision and stakeholder management to support athletes and teams globally.

You will own the full lifecycle for your area, partnering with engineering and design to translate insights into outcomes while building a roadmap and defining success metrics to drive retention and customer value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading B2B SaaS products end-to-end.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-focused requirements gathering.
• Proven ability to translate user needs into clear product specs.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to release.
• Define and manage prioritised roadmaps aligned with client outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver outcomes.
• Use data to define success metrics and inform decisions.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders across the business.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing for GTM.
