Job summary

MCS Group is recruiting a Senior Platform Engineer for a technology-led organisation investing heavily in a modern cloud platform. You will help modernise the platform, improve developer experience and build scalable, secure cloud infrastructure using the latest AWS technologies.

You’ll be responsible for designing AWS cloud infrastructure, driving container platforms with ECS and Docker, and implementing Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.

Qualifications

• Senior level experience in platform engineering or cloud infrastructure design.
• Experience designing scalable AWS infrastructure and container platforms.
• Proficient in Terraform, ECS/Docker, and CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions or similar).
• Strong observability background with Datadog or equivalent.

MCS Group is delighted to be working with a technology-led organisation that is investing heavily in its cloud platform and is looking to appoint a Senior Platform Engineer to its growing engineering team.

This is an opportunity to join a business that's modernising its platform, improving developer experience and building scalable, secure cloud infrastructure using the latest AWS technologies.
