Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Six to eight years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive forecasting and demand planning knowledge.
  • Strong IT concepts and systems knowledge.
  • Experience with advanced planning systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manages and provides daily leadership to the site planning team.
  • Escalation point for site planning operations; report metrics.
  • Serve as primary customer contact for demand forecast.
  • Finalize demand plan with Global Units for each site.
  • Analyze forecasts using tools and models to challenge or confirm.
  • Provide input for site material and capacity planning.
  • Coordinate with Global unit management to finalize plan for site re-balancing.
  • Contribute to development of global planning toolset and scheduling systems.
  • Support forecasting activities with contract knowledge and churn analysis.
