Job summary

Celestica in Galway seeks a Planning Advisor to lead the site planning team and align operations with global supply chain strategies. You will manage demand forecasts, coordinate with Global Customer Units, and guide planning activities to optimize schedules across the site.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in planning with strong IT, analytics, and leadership capabilities, and holds a Bachelor's degree. This is a full-time, on-site role in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the site planning team with clear performance objectives.
• Escalation point for site planning operations; report site metrics to Site Manager.
• Act as primary contact for customers regarding demand forecast and plans.
• Work with Global units to finalize demand plans used by each site.
• Analyze customer forecasts and provide input to site material and capacity planning.
• Collaborate on global planning toolsets and advanced planning systems.
