Jones Engineering is seeking a skilled planning and project controls professional to develop tender and construction schedules, track progress, and ensure time and budget compliance on complex M&E projects. The role involves leading time impact and risk analyses, coordinating with site teams, and producing weekly construction reports.

You will use Primavera P6, work in a site-based environment, and be able to manage change control processes, attend client meetings, and monitor budgets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years post-qualification experience (ideally in an M&E contracting environment).
• Experience using Primavera P6 is required.
• Site-based role with ability to work on a weekly rotation.

Responsabilités

• Build/develop tender schedules.
• Build/develop construction schedules.
• Updates/progress tracking.
• Time Impact Analysis.
• Critical Path & Risk Analysis.
• Contract compliance.
• Capture and log issues via change control mechanisms with the construction team.
• Attend site meetings (internal and client based).
• Monitor original versus actual budgets for scope growth/changes.
• Use of Jones Engineering internal database project control system.
• Lead production/co-ordination in issuing weekly construction reports.
