Job summary

Origin Enterprises is seeking a Chartered RTPI Planner to lead medium to large scale planning applications across the Irish market. You will coordinate Planning Consultants, Graduate Consultants, and Administrators to deliver from preparation through submission, while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Chartered IPI Planner or equivalent (RTPI).
• Experience managing planning applications, including medium to large scale projects.
• Ability to project manage applications from preparation through submission and delivery.
• Strong report-writing and communication skills for planning documentation.

Responsibilities

• Take a lead role in managing medium to large scale planning applications, overseeing all stages of the project, from preparation to submission, while coordinating work with Planning Consultants, Graduate Consultants, and Administrators.
• Lead smaller projects and support senior colleagues on larger SID projects.
