You will work across distributed systems, focusing on performance, reliability, and end-user impact, while collaborating with frontend, mobile, data, and platform teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Strong PHP and Symfony expertise.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiar with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch.
• Cloud and infra technologies such as Kubernetes, Helm, AWS, Terraform.
• Ability to contribute to architectural discussions and make thoughtful technical decisions.
• Strong problem-solving, ownership, and product-minded approach.
• Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, scale, and maintain backend services in a large microservices architecture.
• Develop features with focus on scalability, performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and craft solutions for distributed-system challenges.
• Work with GraphQL, Golang, Temporal, Saga orchestration and established service design patterns.
• Collaborate with frontend, mobile, data, and platform teams to deliver quality products.
• Improve engineering practices, observability, and system resilience across the tech stack.
• Own technical problems from investigation through implementation and continuous improvement.
