• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Manage personal injury litigation from instruction through to settlement or trial.
• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, pleadings, correspondence and court submissions.
• Conduct legal research and provide support on complex matters and litigation strategies.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, barristers, insurers, courts and other parties.
• Monitor case progress, deadlines, files and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures.
• Negotiate settlements when appropriate to resolve matters efficiently in clients' best interests.
