Job summary

Lunaria Partners | Responsible Business in Dublin is seeking a Legal Assistant to support Personal Injury litigation files, manage correspondence, and prepare briefs for hearings in a busy, client-focused practice.

You will work alongside solicitors, liaise with clients and third parties, and help progress a varied caseload. The role requires PI litigation experience (2+ years) and a law degree or relevant qualification, with strong organisation and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience within Personal Injury litigation / Medical Negligence
• A law degree or relevant legal qualification would be highly desirable
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Confidence dealing directly with clients and third parties

Responsibilities

• Supporting solicitors with the day-to-day management and progression of Personal Injury litigation files
• Managing client and third-party correspondence and telephone enquiries
• Preparing briefs for hearings
• Preparing and engrossing pleadings and other legal documentation
• Liaising with barristers and other relevant parties regarding hearings and case progression
• Coordinating settlement meetings, consultations and case-related appointments
• Managing documentation and maintaining accurate electronic case files
• Digital dictation and general legal administrative support
• Proactively managing deadlines and ensuring matters progress efficiently
