Job summary

AMD is seeking an experienced Staff Design Verification Engineer (PCIe) to verify a leading edge PCIe Controller Sub-System. The role focuses on high-speed digital design, testbench development, and full verification across IP interoperability.

You will collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams in Cork and Dublin, mentor junior engineers, and deliver sign-off for complex SoC verification while balancing power and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics/Computer/Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of DV experience.
• Expert in SystemVerilog and UVM.

Responsibilities

• Verify PCIe Controller verification from test plan to signoff.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to understand IP features.
• Write, implement and review Test Plans.
• Develop testbenches and sequence libraries using UVM.
• Mentor engineers and drive verification milestones.
• Lead verification flow from planning to coverage sign-off.
