Job summary

European Tech Recruit is seeking a skilled Verification Engineer to join a globally leading Semiconductor company's R&D Centre in Cork. You will contribute to CPU and GPU silicon verification, focused on performance tests and verification infrastructure.

The role requires 4+ years in ASIC design or verification, SystemVerilog/UVM and C/C++, plus strong debugging and problem-solving skills. On-site position with a dynamic team advancing cutting-edge silicon technologies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years ASIC design, verification, or related work experience
• Verification skills: Test planning, Scripting, Simulation, problem solving and debug
• SystemVerilog, UVM, Verilog or VHDL, C/C++ skills required

Responsibilities

• Developing tests for performance verification
• Debugging and analyzing performance and architecture bottlenecks in the GPU designs until coverage and performance goals are achieved
• Developing and deploying new verification methodologies around performance verification and emulation is an essential part of the work you will do
• HW-SW co-verification, simulation, simulation-acceleration, emulation, benchmark analysis, big-data analytics are all tools in our verification toolbox you will use on a daily basis
