Job summary

Ifac in Kilkenny is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead outsourced payroll services for a diverse client base. You will manage a team of Payroll Specialists, drive accuracy, compliance, and service excellence, while fostering strong client partnerships.

With 8+ years in payroll and IPASS qualifications, you will shape governance, scalability, and strategic value for Ifac's payroll operations, contributing to growth and client success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years payroll experience with at least 3 years in a management capacity.
• Experience in outsourced payroll services for multiple clients is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll team to deliver accurate, timely payrolls and exceptional client service.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll for a portfolio of clients ensuring compliance with all Irish payroll legislation and regulations.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and best-practice payroll governance.
• Lead client meetings, QBRs, and onboarding of new payroll clients.
