Job summary

Stelfox Limited, a Dublin-based technology recruitment partner, is seeking a Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer for a 6-month rolling contract in Dublin. The role is hybrid with 3 days onsite.

You will deliver enterprise Oracle database solutions, optimise PL/SQL components, and contribute to architecture in an Agile environment, mentoring teammates and ensuring performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Extensive, 10+ years in enterprise software development.
• Expertise in Oracle Database Development and PL/SQL.
• Strong SQL tuning and DB performance optimisation skills.
• Unix/Linux experience with Shell scripting.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins.
• Familiar with Agile, SDLC, and JIRA.
• Experience integrating enterprise apps with third‑party platforms.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale Oracle solutions.
• Build and optimise PL/SQL components and integrations.
• Contribute to technical architecture and design discussions.
• Perform code reviews and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Support the full SDLC in an Agile environment.
